Do you offer wholesale?

Yes we do.  Please reach out via the contact us page or send an email to info@milezerocoffee.com and we’ll work with you to get an account set up.

Do you offer a subscription program? 

Yes, we offer a recurring subscription program.  If you’d like to set up a subscription please reach out via the contact us page or send an email to info@milezerocoffee.com.  We’ll work with you to tailor the subscription volume and frequency to meet your needs and to set up shipping or delivery that best suits you.  

Can you provide coffee for businesses or events?

Yes, certainly – we provide coffee to many small businesses.  We’d love to work with you to get fresh coffee to your business for your staff and customers to enjoy – trust us, they’ll thank you!  Contact us at info@milezerocoffee.com and we’ll work with you to get you set up.


SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns.  However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.  If you are not satisfied or there is an error, please send your feedback via the contact us page or by email to info@milezerocoffee.com and we will do our best to improve and meet your needs.

When will my coffee ship?

We roast to order so you get the freshest coffee possible.  When you make a purchase through our website we will roast and ship your order within 2 business days.

How will my coffee be shipped?

For orders in Canada we’ll send your coffee via Canada Post, and will generally use express service to get your coffee to you within a few days.  You’ll get an email notice with tracking information once your coffee ships.

Can you ship outside Canada?

Generally we don’t ship outside Canada, however if you’re interested in getting some Mile Zero coffee please reach out via the contact us page or by email to info@milezerocoffee.com and we’ll work with you to try to get something set up.
